The Shroomdoku app

Shroomdoku is an offline iPhone logic puzzle app developed by Noventix LLC. The app does not collect or transmit personal information, gameplay, or device identifiers to us. It has no accounts, advertising, analytics SDKs, or tracking.

Local progress and backups

Your puzzles, notes, playing time, assistance remaining, puzzle history, daily challenges, progress, and settings are saved on your device so you can continue later. Shroomdoku does not provide its own cloud sync. We do not receive this saved progress.

App data may be included in backups managed by your device and Apple account settings. Deleting the app removes its local data; offloading retains it. Backup copies are managed through your device or backup service.

Email support

Support is available by email at play@shroomdoku.com. If you contact us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message, such as your name, device details, or screenshots. We use this information to respond to your request and troubleshoot the issue. Please avoid sending sensitive information.

Messages sent to play@shroomdoku.com are routed through Forward Email (forwardemail.net) to our Gmail inbox, provided by Google, where we read and manage support correspondence. These providers process messages to deliver and operate email services. Opening an email link does not send a message automatically; you choose whether to send it.

Support retention and deletion

For resolved support requests, we delete the correspondence from our active mailbox within 12 months after the last support interaction, unless retention is required by law. Unresolved requests are kept while we work on them. You may request earlier deletion by emailing info@shroomdoku.com. We may ask for information needed to verify the request.

This 12-month policy applies to support correspondence in our Gmail mailbox, including received messages, replies, and attachments. Deletion from our mailbox does not necessarily remove copies immediately from provider backup or recovery systems; those copies follow the provider’s retention schedule. Forward Email may also retain limited operational or error information under its privacy policy.

This website

The website has no support form, account registration, mailing-list sign-up, advertising, analytics scripts, or tracking pixels. Its code does not set cookies or use browser storage. The motion preference applies only to the current page.

The public website is hosted on Railway, with basic Railway analytics and operational metrics enabled to monitor performance and reliability. Railway may process technical request information such as IP addresses, requested paths, timestamps, response status, and timing through its hosting and logging systems. We use this information to operate and troubleshoot the website, not for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Hosting metrics and logs are retained according to the Railway service plan and settings. See Railway’s privacy policy at Railway Privacy Policy for its data practices.

Changes

If our app or website data practices change, we will update this policy and its effective date.
